Paramount Construction was established in 2000 by Dion Stewart and Francois van Niekerk, who between them have more than 35 years' regional and international experience in the civil and building construction industry. The diversity of their combined skills and expertise enables Paramount Construction to cover virtually every facet of the civil engineering construction sector, with specific focus on reinforced concrete structures.
We strive to the highest possible standards and principles, and conduct our projects with integrity – on time and within budget. Each project is individually analysed and costed. By utilising the latest construction methods and taking an innovative approach to each project, we are able to offer a value-for-money service without compromising on quality, quicker turnaround times and excellent safety track records.
Safety is paramount – reflected in our belief that safety comes first, and production second. Our Site Safety Plan is drawn up in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and no concessions are made when it comes to our staff's safety. Paramount Construction employs a full time external safety manager, as well as dedicated safety consultants and officers who strive to meet zero lost-time and injury-free milestones on all projects.
Maintaining good relationships with our clients is of utmost importance to us and we aim to communicate openly and honestly on all vital matters. A hands-on management style has been adopted to ensure the smooth running of contracts from inception to completion, and on-site problem solving. We have also developed relationships with key suppliers who deliver products and services that meet our, as well as our clients', standards and specified requirements.
